Short Term Program Directors
The Short Term Program Director is a contracted role, providing oversight for AHLI short-term programs in a given location.
Every summer, we have many short-term programs of young people from Europe, Asia and South America joining AHLI short-term programs in various states. We are seeking Short-Term Program Directors who can oversee all aspects of a group program, including the recruitment of Christian host families, managing the Group Leader and English teachers, and facilitating logistics and program details.
Most short term programs consist of 20 to 40 students with two students placed in each home. Students attend daily morning English classes, afternoon activities or day trips. Groups will typically be in your area for one to three weeks from June to August. AHLI will provide orientation and support to the Short-Term Program Director.
Compensation is based on participant numbers and program duration, and is very competitive.
Directors for Long-Term Independent Students
This role involves oversight of our students enrolled in local schools in your area. This position is based on a 10-month contract (academic year) per student.
The successful director will be a self-starter, interested in developing new schools and programs in his/her area, and be able to network and recruit Christian host families, lead programs, and support students and host families.
The director will oversee the area coordinators and host families throughout the students’ stay in the program. AHLI provides orientation, training and support for this role.
Short Term Program Administrative Assistant
(Lancaster office and remote)
A part-time Administrative Assistant to support the Short Term Program Department.
Candidate must be proficient in Office, Google & databases; organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
HS diploma and project assignment experience is required. Option to work from home with two days in the Lancaster office. 15-25 hours per week. Compensation is negotiable.
