A unique summer camp where international students develop leadership and English language skills through participating in creative projects and activities with American students. Projects include filmmaking, digital photography, cardboard boat building, blogging and computer applications, just to name a few. Students will explore their leadership styles and abilities, and hone their leadership skills through team building activities.
The program begins with a tour of Harvard University, MIT and the Freedom Trail in Boston, followed by a bus trip
to Foxcroft Academy in Maine where the camp is held. Maine is the easternmost state in the U.S. which is well-known
for its seafood cuisine, especially clams and lobsters.
Included in the camp itinerary are exciting adventures such as whitewater rafting, lobster fishing, sea kayaking, sunset cruise on Moosehead Lake and hiking at Acadia National Park which students will remember for a lifetime.
Accommodation and meals, including the famous waffle and Maine maple syrup for breakfast, will be provided by Foxcroft Academy which is one of the top boarding schools in Maine. All camp activities will be led by Foxcroft Academy faculty and alumni.
