Part-Time Project Coordinator

Position Overview

The Project Coordinator is a part-time role supporting the departments of Human Resources, Marketing, and Student Programs. The Project Coordinator will help with consumer communications, management of monthly student reports, agent and contractor contracts, and social media publications. There is a possibility of remote work after completion of training and achieving sufficient task proficiency. This position is supervised by the Program and Marketing Manager and the Executive Director for specific responsibilities. 

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in a previous work-from-home job or related endeavor 
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail; able to write, edit, and proof communications 
  • Personal qualities such as being highly communicative, positive, forthcoming, self-motivated able to manage confidential content and documents 
  • Comfortable with Google Apps, Microsoft Teams, social media, and other web-based programs, plus willingness to learn and adapt to new programs/technologies 
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and other basic computer functions  
  • Daily access to broadband internet, computer, and phone  

Hours

This position will require 10-12 hours per week, and the candidate must have the schedule flexibility to be able to work a few hours every day during the week if needed and meet specified deadlines.  Hours may flex depending on time of year and number of current enrolled students.
